Modern and stylish, the Magenta Prestige represents Gaggia’s next generation of super-automatic espresso machines. With its vibrant color display, responsive touch controls, and automatic milk carafe, it simplifies the process of making your favorite café drinks—like cappuccinos, flat whites, and Americanos—right at home. Customization options are extensive, allowing you to dial in each drink exactly to your liking.

Features & Performance

Taking inspiration from the Cadorna series, the Magenta Prestige lets you personalize every drink on its menu. You can adjust brew temperature, coffee strength (including the use of pre-ground coffee), drink volume, and milk quantity for milk-based beverages. The intuitive interface presents 12 different drink options, each with a full-color icon:

To support a variety of drink sizes and reduce splashing, the Magenta includes a steel cup riser that can either sit on the drip tray or attach to the front of the machine. The drip tray cover is made of magnetically secured, polished steel, giving it a premium look and solid feel.

The auto-frothing milk carafe is a standout feature. It locks into place on the machine and automatically steams and dispenses milk for your selected drink. After brewing, the Quick Clean function flushes the milk system, and a more thorough Deep Clean can be activated from the menu. When not in use, the carafe can be stored in your fridge, and the included hot water spout can be inserted in its place.

A particularly smart feature is the machine’s logic around milk and espresso sequencing:

For cappuccinos and latte macchiatos, milk is dispensed first
For flat whites, café au lait, and cortados, espresso comes first
