Shipping & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on the brand. Some items ship the same business day, while others may take 1–2 days to leave the warehouse. Unexpected delays can happen, but most deliveries arrive within 4–7 days. If longer shipping is required, it will be clearly noted on the product page. Return Policy

Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. To cancel, contact us right away at info@casavia.com. If the order has already shipped, it will fall under our 30-Day Return Policy.
Receiving Damaged Items
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If it appears damaged—or if you suspect damage and can’t inspect it—note this on the delivery receipt. If your item arrives damaged, send photos to info@casavia.com, and we’ll arrange a prompt replacement or compensation.

Tracking Your Order
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details. Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number so you can monitor delivery. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you within one business day. While we aim to keep inventory updated, high demand can occasionally cause temporary sellouts.

Sales Tax
We’re based in Illinois and only charge sales tax on orders shipping to Illinois. If you're outside of Illinois, your order won’t be taxed—offering added savings.

Need to make changes to your order? Email us at info@casavia.com before it ships. If there’s a price difference, we’ll either issue a refund or send you a custom invoice.
