The machine uses Gaggia’s Adapting System, an intelligent algorithm that learns and adjusts the grinding cycle for optimal dosing based on your preferences.

For coffee-only drinks, the Velasca has dedicated buttons for espresso and lungo. You can program the volume by holding the button while brewing, and press it twice for back-to-back extractions—perfect for making double shots or serving two people.

Prefer decaf or specialty blends? Just switch to the bypass doser by selecting the scoop icon and add your pre-ground coffee directly.

The auto-frothing milk carafe makes specialty drinks like cappuccinos, foam-only, or even a “baby cappuccino”—a short espresso topped with a bit of foam, similar to a macchiato. The carafe features magnetic locking, stainless steel accents, and is easy to clean with a dedicated rinse button. It’s also removable and refrigerator-safe for storing unused milk. When not in use, you can insert the included hot water spout in its place.
