Refund & Returns Policy

At CasaVia, we aim to make your shopping experience hassle-free. That’s why we’ve made our return and refund process simple and straightforward:

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Returns cannot be accepted after this period.

Return Shipping Costs:
If the item is defective or not as described, we’ll cover the return shipping. If you’re returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll handle the return shipping and, after we inspect the item, offer a replacement or full refund—including any shipping charges.

Returns for Change of Mind:
Changed your mind? No problem—returns are allowed within 30 days, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping will be your responsibility. Once the item is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund for the product cost, excluding shipping fees.

Refund Processing:
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method. If you don’t see it by then, reach out to us at info@casaviahome.com
