Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@casaviahome.com to request a return. If approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If you’re returning due to a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the product is incorrect, defective, or damaged, we will cover the shipping cost.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

For all other reasons (including customer remorse): you are responsible for actual return shipping fees.
Return Method
We only accept returns sent by mail.
Return Labels
For damaged or defective items, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. Simply download and print it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared:

Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. For an exchange of the same item, email us at support@casaviahome.com
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
