Because of the size, weight, and fragile nature of this product, delivery will be made via curbside service with liftgate assistance. Standard transit time is typically 3–6 business days after your order has been processed.
Many of our Prestige large cabinet humidors are shipped on a pre-order basis, with delivery usually taking 30–60 days once the shipment arrives at the warehouse. Please check the product description for availability details.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us immediately so we can issue a full refund before payment is processed.
If payment has already been processed but the order has not yet shipped, cancellations may still be made, subject to a 6% cancellation fee (excluding custom or made-to-order products—see below).
Refunds & Returns
You may request a refund for non-custom orders upon delivery of your product.
