Order Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that the cut-off time for same-day processing is 6 p.m. Orders placed after this time will be handled the next business day.
Shipping Details:
Delivery typically takes between 4 to 7 days. We provide free shipping on orders over $200. For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies.
Currently, we ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
Most of our shipments are handled by third-party freight carriers (large 18-wheeler trucks). If your order includes a freight item, we’ll reach out to coordinate a curbside delivery. Please double-check that your phone number is correct at checkout.
Order Confirmation & Payment:
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email to verify it's been received and your payment method is authorized.
Your card will only be charged once your item has shipped. For backordered items, a hold may be placed on your card to reserve your product.

You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Returns outside this window unfortunately cannot be accepted.

If you’re returning an item due to personal preference, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
Received a damaged or defective product? Contact us within 30 days and we’ll arrange a free return. Once we inspect the item, you’ll receive a full refund or replacement, including shipping.
Changed Your Mind?
You have 30 days to return unused items in original packaging. Return shipping is on you, and we’ll refund the item cost (excluding original shipping) after inspection.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and verify your return. Banks may take additional time to post the refund—contact us if you haven’t received it within 10 business days.
